2. About HCTA

HCTA is a non-stock, non-profit alliance registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines. The website provides information about the Alliance, its programmes, events and partners; it does not itself sell goods or services.

3. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website — including the HCTA name and logo, text, graphics and photographs — are the property of HCTA or its licensors and may not be reproduced, modified or redistributed without prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used with their sponsorship or affiliation.

4. User conduct

You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful to others, infringing, or that could impair the website’s operation or security — including automated scraping, attempts to disrupt service, or misuse of the contact features.

5. Member Portal

The Member Portal is a separate application. Portal membership, content access and conduct rules are set out in the portal’s own terms and policies presented at registration. These website terms do not govern portal membership, and portal terms do not govern this website.
